Kudos to Nulink Events for creating this magical Barbie-themed birthday celebration for Bay Bieber, the youngest and arguably the cutest member of the Bieber family who took home the top spot in Best Event Design/Decor under $50,000 at the Canadian Event Awards this year.
Baybiebs World, a one-of-a-kind Barbie dreamhouse fantasy, was meticulously crafted for Bay Bieber, the youngest member of the Bieber family.
This exclusive event, hosted at their home in Stratford, Ontario, featured a life-size Barbie dreamhouse, a pool-party cabana, an interactive bubble gum machine, a slime station, and even appearances by Barbie herself. The event was a testament to the meticulous planning and dedication of the event organizers, creating a truly magical experience for all the young attendees.
The entrance set the tone with a Baybiebs World theme park sign and an elaborate balloon installation featuring Barbie dolls, beach balls, and props.
Upon arrival, guests were immediately transported into a Barbie World, greeted by Barbie and directed to various activities through themed signage.
Highlights of the party included a custom-designed pool cabana named “C’mon Baybiebs, Let’s Go Pool Party,” a merchandise shop called “Malibu Bay Shop” with personalized totes and beach towels, and a pink lemonade stand for refreshments.
The life-size Barbie dreamhouse with a white picket fence, garden florals, a Bay Street sign, and a pink cobblestone walkway was the perfect backdrop for Barbie’s sing-alongs and manicures.
The event also featured a white ball pit with a double slide adorned with a massive balloon bow, mini inflatables, dolls, and boxes. Other themed elements included a glitter slime station, a DIY beach tote station, and a rainbow inflatable bounce house, ensuring non-stop fun and engagement.
Organizing Baybiebs World for the Bieber family, including celebrity guests Justin and Hailey Bieber, required meticulous planning and strict privacy measures. All vendors were carefully selected and required to sign NDAs to maintain the family’s privacy.
Despite the morning’s productivity being interrupted by a sudden thunderstorm, the Nulink Events team demonstrated remarkable perseverance. They swiftly dismantled the setup to prevent damage and took cover until the storm passed. Once the weather cleared, the team worked at double speed to reinstall key design pieces and wipe down surfaces, completing the setup just 15 minutes before guests arrived.
Baybiebs World was a resounding success, transforming a challenging day into an unforgettable Barbie dreamworld experience for Bay Bieber and her guests.
