A few tips and reminders before you start your entry. Remember the early bird rates and discounts will appear and be applied at check out. The regular price appears in the list below by default.

Multiple or Joint Entries
If you want to enter the same event in multiple categories, register each one separately. For joint entries involving other companies, add one “Joint Entry” registration for each co-entrant.
Discounts Appear at Checkout
The full price of $325 per entry is displayed by default. Early Bird discounts will be applied at checkout:
- Before January 31, 2025: $225 per entry
- February 1–16, 2025: $275 per entry
- February 17–23, 2025: $350 per entry
Complete Registration - Access Your Portal
After registering and paying, you’ll receive a unique PIN via email within 15 minutes. Use this PIN to log in and start your entries.
You do not have to submit your entries until February 23, 2025.
