Keneisha Williams is the founder of the Black in Events Network and worked in events for 14 years, with a recent transition into community building and impact. She is currently the Interim Executive Director at the Coalition of Innovation Leaders Against Racism (CILAR), where she leads initiatives to foster equity and inclusion in Canada’s innovation economy.

Keneisha strives to create space, amplification, and pathways to success for BIPOC communities. She has been featured in Forbes, named one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in the Events Industry twice, and recognized among the Top 10 Most Influential Women in the Events Industry. Most recently, she was celebrated as a Changemaker by MeetingsNet magazine and named one of Canada’s Top 100 Black Women to Watch, and Most Fascinating People of 2024.
