Brittany Ockrant is a seasoned event professional renowned for her strategic prowess and creative ingenuity. With a solid background in event management, she excels at seamlessly blending business acumen with innovative thinking to orchestrate unforgettable events. In her previous role at Decor & More Inc., Brittany played a pivotal role in managing every aspect of the event lifecycle, from initial client inquiries to meticulous design and flawless execution. Her ability to multitask across various roles – from coordinator to sales executive to designer – made her an invaluable asset to the team.
Currently, Brittany serves as a Program Coordinator and Professor in Event Management – Creative Design at Seneca Polytechnic. Starting as a part-time faculty member, she rapidly ascended through the ranks owing to her expertise and commitment. As a former student of the program herself, Brittany’s accomplishments include clinching victory in the Redefining Design Challenge and the Inspired Spaces tabletop competition, in addition to graduating as valedictorian. Now, as a faculty member, she is dedicated to giving back to the program that laid the foundation for her flourishing career in event design.
