Debbie Arato has dedicated her professional life to the hospitality and events industry. For 23 years, she owned and managed Arato Entertainment & Events Inc. In 2021, Debbie collaborated with three senior event planners to establish Experiential Experts Inc., pooling their resources, skills, and creativity to serve clients in various event aspects.
Debbie frequently speaks to groups and companies about the role of event planners and entertainment management, emphasizing their value. She has been published in industry magazines on this subject. Debbie served on the Board of Directors for the Business Events Industry Coalition of Canada (BEICC) and was the past President of the Canadian Society of Professional Event Planners (CanSPEP).
In 2004, Debbie earned the Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP) designation, a hallmark of professional achievement in the special events industry. The CSEP designation reflects her commitment to education, performance, experience, and service to the industry, demonstrating her dedication to professional conduct and ethics. At the time, she was only the thirteenth Canadian planner to achieve this designation.
