A proud alumnus of Toronto Metropolitan University, Reid graduated from the Ted Rogers School of Management with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. During his academic journey, he emerged as an active student leader, organizing large-scale campus events. Since entering the workforce, Reid has furthered his credentials by obtaining his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation through the Project Management Institute and his Digital Event Strategist (DES) designation through PCMA.
